Their passion for cooking is reflected in the quality of their food and that is something I have come to appreciate greatly over the years. Every country I visited I spent days in local markets learning about people through the food they ate. My passion for food stems from a desire to learn more about my culture. Generally speaking that is in spring when soil and ambient temperatures warm up and new growth commences.
